Another type of body detox that you can do at home is by exercising. When you exercise, the intake of oxygen is more and when the temperature of the body increases, they combine to become an oxygen therapy. Exercise detoxification can cleanse vital organs in the body and exercise like walking can benefit the colon function. A breathing exercise is the simplest form of body detox.
